If the defendant were white he would have been convicted.
i haven’t followed. Was he black?
a lot of white cops have been found not guilty in cases where a suspect end up dead.
Because usually the evidence is overwhelming in their favor.
I hope that is the case.......because every white defendant, if convicted, will get an appeal.
