This is just BS verbal harassment. The SEC isn’t going to do anything to S&W. All OFail can do is yap his trap about gun control.

BTW, see the above. On the actual article, people are talking about disappearing into the woods to escape Predator drones. Leaving aside for a second that THAT is the VERY OPPOSITE of the proper strategy -- there is no better camoflauge than a herd of other people -- the fact these people are that flipped out by something that is nothing more than a suggestion by a very strange NYC bimbo, is telling.

If we flipped out over every utterance of Al Sharpton, too, we'd all need Prozac.

See. I knew you had your head on straight. If you are hot, we should date. :)

It’s not even coming from the adminstration. Durden is an ass.

Have you ever tried to talk with your tongue laying on top of your bottom teeth??

That's as bizarre as the way Obama eats a snow cone;

A started buying S&W, along with Ruger, Olin and what has become Vista while ago. So far I’m down a bit with Olin. Making money one the other three. So far my S&W has increased. Its value up something like 110%. I bought them to stick it the eyes of any liberals who are paying attention. Looks like it worked!

How is any thinking person not disgusted by this worthlees example of a president?

Are there any other publicly traded firearms or Ammunition manufacturers that I missed?

Never been much for wheel guns so there is this whole in the arsenal. I may have to fill it.

I did. Now I cuddle with them at night.

it’s not that there are more guns... it’s the increase in the number of people willing to use them to commit crime or terror.

and who do you think has been helping to increase the amount of those people in the country?

that’s right... 0bama and the dems. it helps them get control of the guns as more events occur and people demand action.

ICE, DHS and the 0bama administration should all be named as accomplices to EVERY crime committed by illegals and foreign terrorists. DO THAT ... and you’ll see them start to take action to solve the problem (which would be to stop causing it in the first place)

LOL!

If Barack H. OBlunder could do anything about gun control he would have done it in his epic fail speech after Sandy Hook where he signed an Executive Order that said basically nothing.

He probably can’t think about anything except how many shaved ices he can eat while on his $4million vacay to Hawaii over Christmas.

I got the no safety model. Other than an M-9 in Afghanistan, I’ve had nothing but revolvers. The ammo for the Shield is supposed to arrive Friday.

So to get ready for its first range trip, I put on gloves and racked the extremely tight slide about 500 times. I’ve also carried it empty “Mexican carry” to see if it would ‘fire’ on its own. The IWB holster arrives with the ammo, but it hasn’t ‘fired’ on its own even without a holster. The trigger isn’t anything like my revolvers, but it ought to work fine for shooting - but only when it gets pulled. I will now feel fine carrying it in an IWB holster...was worried about doing so without a safety and without the trigger pull of my revolvers.

Not sure if it will ever replace my 649 in my affection, but it looks to be an excellent tool. Slim, hides well, and give a good grip with the 8 round magazine. Ammo is cheaper than 38/357/44. Now if it will just shoot good on Saturday...and UPS isn’t late on Friday!

...Fair is fair bro. This one isn’t Obama. This is some whackjob from NYC...

On, yes. It is Obama. His sole goal in the final year is to destroy the gun industry, including manufacturers and sellers.

Whether it is himself or through his surrogates, he is out to disarm Americans completely.

He can’t do it all by himself.

M&P Shield in 9mm is single stack and EXTREMELY concealable.

The black leather OWB holster from Tagua ( BH1-1010) is a fine match for both M&W Shield 9mm. Available for Ruger LC9s too. Rides high on the belt and tight to your side. Add a jacket and it disappears.

"the New York City public advocate on Monday asked federal regulators to investigate whether the gun manufacturer Smith & Wesson had made adequate disclosures in its financial statements."

"Smith & Wesson knows that it is at risk of grave reputational harm. It probably also did not know that the US government is capable of extortion when it does not get its way; it will be quite aware of that now."

Yeah....and after the IRS is finnished the Tonton Macoute will come around to have a word with'um....

My 686+ 7 shot, 4" barrel is a fine piece. I wouldn't mind adding the 8 shot Performance Center model with a 5" barrel and fiber optic sights.

My first Smith & Wesson was a fairly inexpensive model 10. It had a five inch barrel which is not real common.

This was around 1975. I already had several autos. That model 10 had a nice double action and a great single action. I wish I still had it. I backed off on the strain screw enough to make the double action really light but it still was 100% on primer strikes.

They are probably making just as good or better today but those classic revolvers had class.
