I’ll bet one huge theme he goes on in the general election is “corporate welfare.”
Liberals hate the sound of it as much as conservatives (unless if it’s one of their own sacred cows of course.)
Everyone knows that Hilary is knee deep into corporate welfare and Wall Street deals.
He’s very much in election mode, while Cruz and Rubio are squabbling about who voted for what amendment. That comes off to the public as very much more “inside Washington” baloney that people are sick of. Trump, on the other hand, always goes big picture, big vision.
Trump hasn’t only relied on tax breaks and federal funding to build his real estate empire, he’s actively supported just about every bailout and subsidy that has ever come up at the federal level. About the only thing anti corporatist about the campaign is his anti-immigration policy.
