This is just like Cash for Clunkers only for guns.
But the great part is that they will be paying a 25% premium to the price of the gun. Money is fungible. The gift card they give to you (which cannot be used to purchase a gun) will simply be used to purchase groceries or other necessities. Then the money which would be spent on groceries will be spent on more guns.
Nobody ever accused gun grabbers of being bright. This is merely confirmation of that.
The government owned my DCM rifle “U.S. RIFLE CAL .30 M1” ... but I bought it fair and square, and they can NOT have it back.
