it was 65-33 in the Senate
I’m with you on this. Rick Allen can take me off his list begging me for money to send him back to DC. He would only betray me so he can go to hell.
I know many on here like to bust the chops of Iowa. But every R congressman and senator (3 house and 2 senate, of course) voted no. Proud of my delegation today.
Amodei was a NO vote :) Maybe he listened to my email of two days ago in which I said, you vote for it, I vote against you next election. Or maybe he really has some conservative genes. :/
RE: Thanks, Bro! Been trying to find the Senate vote.
You’re welcome. See this thread for details:

Although I appreciate their vote on this obscenity, I wonder how many of these congressman supported Ryan (and Boner before him) for Speaker. More importantly, what if anything have they learned from the betrayal(s)?
you can’t trust no votes.
the leaders allow no votes because they know they have enough yes votes.
The solution is to mandate identifiable but secret congressional voting so THEY don’t know they can have a pretend no vote.
I didn’t realize you were in this district.
I was happy to see Dave Young from Iowa on the No list. Bet he was on the fence.
Heller is right there beside Reid with a Yea vote. I think he thinks he has a lock on his seat.
McCain a no vote and Graham a yes sir Mr Obama vote. Who’da thunk it.
IMO, there needs to be a cross-link of those up for re-election.
Almost as bad as those whom vote ‘out of committee’ to ‘vote nay on final passage, when it doesn’t matter’ are the same types whom would vote ‘nay’ just to attempt to pull one over on the voting populace.
Maybe even a column or two for “filibuster (Y/N)”, “Objections presented (Y/N)”, “Delay tactics utilized”
Unfortunately I agree with you. His past performance has not been inspiring.

McCain is up for re-election ext year and has a primary challenger who is being supported by their Tea Party.
He’ll be 80 years old next year and still wants to run...
