President Barack Obama has vetoed two bills that would have blocked steps that his administration is taking to address climate change.

One bill would have nullified carbon pollution standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency. The second bill would have voided a set of national standards designed to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas pollution from existing power plants.

Gee, real shocker there huh? I accidentally heard him on a clip on the radio yesterday saying the the republicans are the only political body on the planet that is skeptical of climate change and time will prove them to have been wrong. Arrogance personified. The weather folks are smart enough to tell us what the weather's gonna be in 2100 but damn if they can get it right about this afternoon. Again:

1. Define the "correct" temperature range for the planet.

2. Define the "correct" humidity range for the planet.

3. Define the "correct" mean sea level for the planet.

4. Define the "correct" amount of precipitation for the planet.

5. Define the "correct" makeup of the atmosphere.

6. Define the "correct" amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.

7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.

And for a bonus, ask them about the land bridge between Asia and Alaska a 'few' years ago.

"anti-climate change"

Interesting phrase. It presumes the premise while demonizing dissenters in three little words. Of course the hyphen helps immeasurably.

In fact, one might posit, some day in the distant (and admittedly presumptive) future, that the hyphen was the single greatest weapon in the destruction of Western Civilization.

1. Is the temp rising?
2. Is the rise caused by human activity?
3. Is there anything humans can do to change the alleged rise?
4. What unintended consequences would be cause even if the alleged rise can be stopped?

Of course. McConnell and Ryan intentionally and dutifully put them in separate bills so the Kenyan Fraud would not have to veto the omnibus in order to veto the globull warming legislation. Barry tells them what he’ll agree to, and they put everything else in free-standing bills designed to be vetoed. It’s the same old game. McConnell and Ryan are aiders and abettors of the demise of the Republic.

Yes, an omnibus bill is suppose to prevent this (the only reason to even consider such a spending bill)since the president doesn’t have a line-item veto. It’s all a large scam and fraud on the public.

If I had known that driving my car would raise the temperatures on Minnesota, I would have driven it more often. I wasted all those year when I could have been basking at a northern lake surrounded by palm trees.

Obama vetoes anti-climate change measures passed by Congress

If the Republican congress wasn't a bunch of Vichy P*ssies, this is all he would be doing. Every day he would have to get up and veto dozens of bills designed to F*** him and his Democrat Party.

It is long past the time they should have been trying to turn that ignorant affirmative action fool into a political greasy spot. They should call him an ignorant jackass to his face, and show him no respect whatsoever.

He deserves no respect. No Democrat President since Truman deserved any respect.

Seems to me that the climate change skeptics have already been proven to be right so far.

A liberal is someone who thinks they can change the weather by throwing trillions of taxpayer dollars into the wind.

And our GOPe were too cowardly to put those in the omnibus bill.

Force him to explain his veto, DO NOT cower at the threat!

LOL! “They should call him an ignorant jackass to his face, and show him no respect whatsoever. “ Ergo the racis’ label that we wear. Forget about the half white side of the JIC. AKA the anti-obama republican party. Don’t know how they can say that with a straight face since the gopE assclowns give him anything and everything he wants on a silver platter. Yeah, that’s really refusing to work with him.

The climate on earth is always changing, we are due for another Ice Age soon. This interglacial period we are enjoying has lasted longer than most.
Man will be helpless to stop it.
We could not produce enough CO2 even if we put everyone on earth to work producing it in every way we could imagine.

The source of all heat on earth is the Sun.

It is not constant.

If these bills were attached to the omnibus and sent to the president where they would likely be vetoed, wouldn’t it be the president who is shutting down the government?

With a corrupt, DNC-compliant MSM in place something tells me that a different message would become the narrative.

It’s too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, so have at it, bozo. Take your magic pen and write out an EO making it a constant 80 degrees year round and a nice little rain between 2:15 and 3:00 on Mondays and Thursdays.

“A liberal is someone who thinks they can change the weather by throwing trillions of taxpayer dollars into the wind.”

Broaden the scope to include everything they do and you’ll be “on the money”. Good line as it is though. See below.

A liberal is someone who thinks they can change reality by throwing trillions of taxpayer dollars into the wind.
