I can not believe her people put her in that outfit. There is nothing about it that says professional or leader. It looks more street corner bum or dirty islamic garb.
The thyroid imbalance alone is a malady which might be the cause of her care need. Have known women who suffer from that and they do need a keeper. Just leaving the house and walking out the door they would not know where they might be and have a challenge returning to that same door. They go thru life walking in a fog. Being there but never knowing where there was. Then the stroke rumor which would require blood thinners and at the minimum monthly blood tests (the newer drugs do not require these tests as often). Chances are she is also on a statin drug as well which again would alter her memory, perception and add to her confusion and cause her to easily get lost. One might almost feel sorry for her and her health issues...almost.

There’s been several reports of her health issues...so you might also be right as apparently she suffers more than just a few issues. Some say early MS may be possible.
No matter, they will keep her steady regardless of what symptoms become apparent...and overlook anything obvious.
One thing apparent to me, for awhile, is how often she looks off stage or out to the audience as if to confirm or take cues that she’s ok .
They might be covering some medical devices for all we know....and we know she has huge thighs and legs....Her tops seem to get longer and longer. One of the thing she always requires of the press is to only take upper body photos.
