Not gonna happen. Trump has been wanting to run for president for a very long time. If you think he gave up $220 million contact for renewal of Apprentice show, give up business with retail chains, USGA, Mexican TV, etc just to please Hillary, I am afraid you do not understand Trump.
I will posit, that Trump did not expect 20+ point lead over a crowded field of governors and senators, when he announced 6 months ago. He now realizes, he can actually do all the patriotic things he has been wanting to do for 3 decades. At age nearing 70, he does not need more money. He will happily settle for great legacy.

In the case of a John Ellis Bush or a Marco Rubio you don’t stop stomping until the greasy spot dries up.
Jeb is counting on a deadlocked convention, and then anointed nominee by the Elites in GOP. No one gives up until money runs out. John Ellis Bush has plenty of money left to stick around.

20 out of the past 35 years, there has been a Bush in the WH as either President or Vice President. Add 8 years of Clinton and you have two families that have dominated the Presidency/Vice President for 28 of the past 35 years. And now a Bush and a Clinton want another stint in the WH.
In a country of 320 million, the best we can do is a Clinton or a Bush. It would somewhat different if they had outstanding Presidencies, but Bush 41 and 43 and Clinton were not very good to say it mildly. We are becoming a banana republic.
