very good comment.

you are right. He can guide the country by his words and deeds though, no?

Say, a Reagan compared to this @#$@#$.

I wonder if the founding fathers, geniuses that they were, maybe pushed the envelope with this whole supreme court thing.

is there a way to overturn them.

not that it matters. the under 34 crowd has been so indoctrinated that they would for these things anyway.

though abortion after 20 weeks is still rejected in polls, but no one has any courage.

I really don’t think so. I think in order to guide the country to someplace better, we first have to overcome what schools are filling the heads of young people with. They are being absolutely poisoned mentally, and that is being done by design.

As far as overturning the SCOTUS, if the states ever do muster the courage to have an Article V convention, an amendment could be passed allowing states to overturn SCOTUS decisions, but it seems like the abortion and gay marriage decision would be too long in the past by then.

One thing is for sure. If we do not take our power back from the SCOTUS, they are going to continue to take our power from us.

As far as laws ending abortions after 20 weeks, I know I am for that, and many other people are as well, but I fear any law actually passed in that regard would be tossed by a federal judge for depriving a woman of her “Constitutional right” to kill her baby.

Much as judges toss every single law that deprives people of their actual enumerated Constitutional right to bear arms, not.
