So that makes it a conspiracy...before the fact.
Bloomberg’s group last year pushed a voter mandate in the state of Washington that passed. It requires any gun transfers use the Fed paperwork and background check and $25(?) fee. The key word there is “transfers”. Legally I can’t let my adult son shoot my gun anywhere. My wife can only shoot it at a “regulated” facility. (Nobody knows what “regulated” means). Questions even arise giving it to a gunsmith, etc. Of course after one year, no arrests have been made.
I imagine an EO would be along the lines of this. Except make it a $250 “fine” (or tax, or whatever Roberts called obamacare to keep it “legal”).
