Because the Constitution is the Social Contract that has kept the peace for over 200 years. No Contract No Peace!
The Marxists refuse to abide by the Contract. Therefore, they are not my fellow countrymen. They are known enemies and I want them eradicated. I no longer wish to debate with them.
Because liberals have destroyed the foundations of the once great America. Americans have been brainwashed into believing only in Me Me Me as a last resort defense against annihilation.
In the old days we use to debate ideas and we all grew from it... then some time back liberals decided ‘shunning - PC-think’ was a faster more efficient way ‘to win’. So rather than there being an open debate on our problems there was ‘liberal sneer’ that we dared to bring up one of their taboo subjects.
The extreme left caused this problem - and Charlies’ right - it IS a problem... We’ll solve it by denying them any refuge in PC thinking... they need to come once again to the table as equals... Not nasty school marms ... or Nurse Rachets....
Compromise is leading only one direct. More socialism. More gov control. More debt. More taxes. More illegals and undesirable immigrants. Compromise is only making us worse.

As much as I like Charlie, he doesn’t seem to get the cumulative effect that the leftists who sprang up in the 60s have had on our country. One only need to look at the Trump Effect and the GOP to get a microcosm of where “feel-good Marxism” brings an otherwise productive society. The global warming (or whatever) hoax would have never been able to gain any ground if it weren’t for the leftist indoctrination and the conflation of emotion and logic that has been wrought upon our schools and media. If looked upon at that angle, the inane bleatings in which the left engages can be put in proper perspective.

The Left, no matter what form it has taken such as Bolshevism, Fascism, or Nazism, or takes now as the radical environmental movement and the various anti-White racialisms, has no interest in a dialog. The options are surrender or death for their opponents. This may explain their otherwise illogical identification with the most retrograde movement on Earth, Islam. They have an odd kinship in their intent for any who dare speak up in disagreement. Well, that and cowardice: If they tried their tactics of yelling people into submission with a pack of Muslims they’d get their soft little throats cut.

Because half of them are not only too stupid to have a conversation with, but “agree to disagree” implies a live and let live ethos. That same half insists I should live according to THEIR value system (by force if necessary), even though they themselves don’t do so half the time (not that it would matter if they did).
Leftism, like Islam, can brook no dissent.
Because its orthodoxies can never survive honest scrutiny.
