You talk about straining at a nat and swallowing a camel. You mean you don’t know that you can be dispossessed in a heartbeat with our current drug laws? That is why William Buckley called for legalization of certain drugs. He asked, why should we lose our freedom in an effort to eradicate them? At least Eminent Domain has market value repayment. Mark Steyn talked last week about the tyranny of the IRS that can, with the click of a button, take everything you have.
