Many observers will not think about Hillary as she looks today. Think of the effort and time involved keeping her appearance as we see her on the campaign trail, wigs vs natural hair, botox vs wrinkles. This can easily take 3 to 4 hours a day and an extra hour or so for a fix-up between events. As a president she could be called upon without the fix. Could she do that? The picture you posted shows the real Hillary, as we see her on the campaign is not natural.
My comment may sound trivial. As an 80 year old woman, I have seen my share of cosmetic fixes, it is not natural, you can't feel the same when you are artificial. I see it as a big deal and should be considered.

Appearance is not the most important thing for a president but it is not trivial. The president represents the United States at its highest level to Americans and to the world.
It would not be good for the president to show up looking like and insane clown from outer space.
