The evidence consists of materials that the Bureau has gathered in the course of its months-long investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s personal server. The recommendations will come very soon.

So Justice decides to sit on it for a few months, until early summer. Then, pulls the rug out from under Hillary. The Democrats fail to produce a candidate. Obama declares a constitutional emergency, suspends elections, and decides to stay on “for the good of the country”.
