Ted Cruz’s father wasn’t a legal US resident at the time of Ted’s birth and the Naturalization Act of 1795 which is still law stipulates two citizen parents, not a legal resident.

Please provide the exact words in the Constitution that defines nature born citizen.

The 1790 act simply required a child born outside the U.S. to have one citizen parent. Additionally a child could not be a natural born citizen if their “fathers have never been resident in the United States.” Ted Cruz’s father had previously been a legal resident of the United States and his mother was a U.S. citizen. Thus according to the first Congress he was a natural born citizen.

If Ted Cruz was the “leader” he claims to be, he would be out in front of this discussion, opening his records for all to see, and demanding that the courts address the NBC issue..right now.
Instead, he has sealed his records and weasel worms his answers to make us believe that this is a “non-issue”.
This is exactly why we don’t need another “politician” in the White House. The bullshit stops here and now..it must, or we are indeed doomed.
