Yeah, I’ve heard that so many times. So prior to Trump entering the race, where was you candidate speaking out about the largest problem we have, an open border and rampant illegal immigration. It doesn’t matter what your candidate had said before or what his stance has been, he made no significant attempt to make this the number one issue that it is. So you can say what you want, but Trump made it known that an open border and illegal immigration is the number one issue. Without fixing this, we don’t have a country, and our principles are meaningless.
He was speaking out on the floor of the Senate, fighting hard against open borders and illegal immigration when Trump was still for amnesty.
