A federal judge on Tuesday certified a class action lawsuit against the IRS for its political targeting, advancing the cause of more than 200 tea party groups who said they were denied their First Amendment rights by the tax agency's actions.
Edward Greim, one of the lawyers advancing the tea party groups' case, said the certification is a major step because it means the judge has agreed that the IRS did systematically target more than 200 groups for special scrutiny.

The fact that Lois Lerner has not been charged with crimes is a clear warning of how corrupt the legal system has become under the Obama regime. This is now a banana republic.

Elijah Cummings had his share in it too and so did many RINOS I suspect. I think the oders to Lerner came straight from the WH because he was very threatened by the TEA Party. Lerner and Koskinen should definitely be up on charges.

Yes, and even if we get this civil relief it is no consolation, because none of the bad actors will suffer in the least for their actions. Any penalty will be paid out of the public treasury and charged back to the people, who were the party that got wronged.

I’d be ok with 20 years, myself. I just hope to hell we can hold them accountable. Had Bush done that, I doubt this bunch would have had the guts to do one tenth of what they’re doing.
