Obama will issue an executive order that Doctors can no longer use the diagnoses of cancer. Diagnosing cancer will no longer be socially acceptable and cancer will be cured like homosexuality was!
Even better: He said Biden's going to do it for him. His wife has a doctor's degree, so maybe that will hell. It's in "educational leadership" though.
