Thanks... Don’t know him.

Most constables are really great caring guys. Some are wanna be cops without education or training and let the power of the badge and uniform go to their heads.

Constables are independent contractors as elected officials and do not answer to the judicial system unless they are working directly for a judge.

Maybe he is paying three fourths of his income in child support. Not uncommon for fathers to be homeless while the moms get their nails done every two weeks.... Hundreds of dollars on purses.. I see it every day.

He opened the door and saw who was there before he closed the door, got his gun and the opened the door again with the loaded gun in his hands. Then, he pointed the loaded gun at the person at the door. The person at the door wouldn’t have needed to know if the guy’s gun was loaded or not. This is what can happen when a guy with a loaded gun is being evicted and thinks the authorities might be coming to take away his kid(s).

Eviction, disease, or bankruptcy.... there are some things you just don't sell.

I rent to the low end of the market. I’m flabbergasted by how much stuff all of my renters have. One, on limited income, has both satellite and cable. All of them have more -stuff-(entertainment, clothing, meat) than I have. They are frequently short of money.

When I was a child I asked my mother if we were poor. She said, -poor people spend what they have on beer and cigarettes. I spend what we have on meat and potatoes. No, we’re not poor. Poor is a state of mind.-

Seems he felt the constable wouldn’t drill him if his daughter was there; they both got drilled instead. RIP for the daughter; murder charge for the father (just like those ferals that caused fatalities in the stolen cars).

Imagine the #BLM protests if this were a black man and his daughter. Meanwhile, the reaction here is summed up as “tragic, but the father caused this outcome.”

He pulled a gun on police officer and his daughter died in the crossfire.

The father's actions are directly responsible for his daughter's death, could he be charged with her murder?

Beautiful little girl.

I can't find any pics of her father?

Found a few pics on Google Pics but can't confirm the correct one?

Do you really think so?

Just from TV, I've seen those taking part in a felony where someone dies, victim or perp, everyone can be charged with murder even if they didn't pull the trigger.

Donald Meyer, 57, of Duncannon has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person, police said in the release.
