I, too, was wondering how BOTH boats stopped working at the same time? When I first heard that report the next morning -I thought something here is not being reported fully or truthfully...
Btw, thanks for the Naval initials explanation...(I was not in the Navy so I had no clue what DIW etc were)... my Dad and Step-Dad both served in the Navy. Thanks to all of you for your service!
