Just another delaying tactic while the horse trading continues between hillary and obama. At the heart of it will be what specifically she will do while president to continue the obama agenda. Once the necessary guarantees are in place, look for charges to be dismissed or the investigation to conclude that nothing criminal happened.

Political purge, most likely. I recall years of feet-stamping hysterical stories about the scandal of W firing 7 of them. After not a peep when Clinton fired all of them, replacing them with people unlikely to investigate folks named "Clinton." The bulk of those were unwisely retained by Bush in the usual RINO "spirit of bipartisanship," and no doubt worked to undermine his office.
