I have to say perhaps I was wrong, seriously. I've stated many times here that Europe had become emasculated, impotent and unwilling to defend that which is the incubator of it's eternal future-- it's wives, sisters and daughters. Maybe they've got a back bone after all. Now come on you guys, really get with it and come up with some kind of cool yet serious looking banner and a snappy uniform! Well, some of us did say that it would be interesting to see what happened when finally the Europeans had enough. And it is interesting.

National, super-national, and local governments there have teamed with the media in a storm of gooey multicultural conformism to place the police in the position of protecting the criminals and punishing the innocent. To call this situation unstable is laughably inadequate, it's combustible.

Street-fighting between rival political gangs and a government too weak to provide stability, led to a government too weak to maintain power in the 1930's. The only thing the Nazis, the Communists, and the Monarchists, who between them had a majority, agreed upon was that their current government must end, and end it did. It would be a truly painful historical irony if the people who continually lecture the rest of us on never repeating that period are the ones to make it happen.
