Well, somebody who thinks the way of dealing with financial problems is to declare bankruptcy several times probably really isn’t into commerce anyway.
My understanding is Trump reorganized 4 out of over 400 companies under chapter 11.

Shows how little you know about business. Chapter 11 keeps the company operating, people keep their jobs, until through restructuring the company becomes viable again. You seem to think it is just the company closing its doors and the owners pocketing the cash. Trump personally has never been bankrupt.
You are full of crap. Chapter 11 laws are there for a reason and plenty of businesses find themselves in the unfortunate situation of having to use them.
