I assume you are comparing what it has to do with actual truth, to what Trump's words a few days ago had to do with actual truth: "Now Ted just switched his views on ethanol. He was totally against ethanol, now all the sudden he's for it, you know, it's Iowa and he's for it."
Words, Trump's own words verbatim quoted directly from a recent interview, had absolutely ZILCH to do with "actual truth."
Not to put too fine a point on it, Trump outright LIED. He lied in order to trick people into doubting Cruz on a false premise.
That has everything to do with "actual truth," Wendle.
“Now Ted just switched his views on ethanol. He was totally against ethanol, now all the sudden he’s for it, you know, it’s Iowa and he’s for it.”
This is a flat-out lie. Cruz’s position before the alleged “switch” was that he favored a phaseout of the ethanol program. His position after the alleged “switch” is that it should be phased out. Definite flip flop, right.
