Ignore the naysayers...they don't get it and never shall, due to their own biases. OTOH, they don't represent the majority of Americans.
What Cruz did was a rookie error in what will be a national campaign.
He forgot he was not running in Texas only this time. He had a national audience.
The butt hurt is gonna start if you knuckle draggers are successful in getting this yankee carpetbagger elected president and you suddenly see that, oops, The Donald really is a left winger with NYC values: pro gay marriage, pro gays in the military, pro abortion, pro amnesty, pro socialized medicine, etc.
In addition, The Donald, being the Big Business man that he is will naturally be a Big Government man once he’s in charge of that. Trump’s Wall will not only cost Americans billions of dollars (the Mexicans ain’t gonna pay for it) but we’ll end up with several new agencies to over see its construction and maintenance, undoubtedly with union thug and mob ties. NY values and all that..............

And the funny thing is, every time we nominate one of theirs and get crushed, they don’t learn from experience. There are people here who believe Cruz could actually be elected President.
There are people here who believe, for example, that getting endorsed by Dobson brought Cruz closer to the White House.
Cruz unfortunately is a senator and senators make terrible presidents. The longer they stay in the senate the more they think they are infallible. Cruz probably bought into the idea that Trump is a simple man with no brains whatsoever and that Cruz with his superior intellect will mop the floor with him.
That is the curse senators suffer from. They start believing the crap that is fed to them about how great they are and they start believing that they make reality. Then like everyone else Cruz underestimates Trump. Trump has been winning consistently because he is underestimated every step of the way.
As of right now there are a lot of people who are part of the Cruz elite where Cruz is simply the best of the best and everyone else is trailer trash. That attitude will make Cruz lose. Look what is happening to Hillary. She views everyone as trailer trash and she is being destroyed by her own attitude.
Trump on the other hand does not underestimate anything. He has lived all his life in reality and has had to fight for everything he has earned. Trump respects reality.
Cruz disdains it. Big, big mistake.
