Oh, I know that. CA and NY have long been like magnets, drawing in the weirdies, homos, and degenerates from flyover states who didn’t feel comfortable or welcome in their home vicinities. I loved that dynamic. Worked for a good half-century. It helped cleanse my favorite states of much of the riff-raff, improving them all the way.
However, the reverse has been hell.
I know many CONSERVATIVE New Yorkers who live in other states where they have not only been welcomed, but liked very much.
