You can like your state, but you can also dislike the current political state of your state. Now, if you like the current political state of your state (liberal governor/liberal mayor/votes liberal in general elections faithfully all the time, etc.), then, maybe you aren’t as conservative as others around here.

I’m guessing, though, that you don’t like the current [political] state of your state very much.

So true. You have to wonder about the childish insecurity these pansy New Yorkers have. I am fully secure enough in my beliefs to criticize what are now despicable Raleigh and Wake County NC values.

I grew up in a conservative city relatively....now it’s a county that’s gone Obama plus 10 for two Prez elections in a row. Why can’t these precious safe space yankees man up and admit what is wrong with their city and state?

Are conservatives from NC so superior to yankees? (well, maybe....)
