Personal loans taken out and then loaned to a campaign ABSOLUTELY do have to be filed with the FEC.
Cruz and Heidi took out personal loans and then loaned that money to his campaign. The campaign then paid at least part of that back to the bank.
The reason for it being necessary to report it to the FEC is that, hypothetically, a candidate could take out a loan, lend that money to his campaign, and, if not reported, the loan amount could be forgiven by the bank or paid off by someone else in return for political favors.
I am NOT saying Cruz is guilty of that but that is the reason for the FEC requiring it be filed with them.
And that’s why he will not be CIC.

And the 2nd amendment, well that’s kind of optional. It depends on when you ask your guy. When he ran as the Reform party candidate he wanted a ban on “assault” weapons. Now that he’s running as a Republican it is something else.
By the way, care to define what an assault weapon is for us?
Oh, and who is it that defended the 2nd amendment in front of the supreme court in District of Columbia v. Heller? Oh, that’s right, it was that anti constitution guy Ted Cruz (sarcasm in case you missed it). Ya, he won the case and now you enjoy 2nd amendment rights that others tried to take away from you.
But you love the constitution as evidenced by your support of Trump instead of the guy that has actually defended it...

If you don’t agree with Cruz you are probably a moderate or liberal, certainly not a Conservative. And if you don’t believe atheists, Trump cultists/employees, moderate Republicans and Soros fifth columnists are organized and posting here you are naive.

He did report it. On one form late and the other form on time. The fact that is on one form and not the other pretty much negates trying to conceal it.
So he made a mistake on a federal form. Is that your point.
How many mistakes have your ever made on a federal form?

Oh, did you know buying politicians is a federal crime, a crime your guy freely admits to... Does that count for anything?

Just admit that 95% of the posts here point to meaningless congressional statutes and judicial decrees. If you admit that, we can have a reasonable discussion about what the Framers thought natural born meant. It is the only thing that matters.
