Since my 2 hounds were born in Texas and have better “pedigrees” that 99% of the human population I’ve met, let’s vote them in as President and VP. Frankly, when they are on the hunt, their vocabulary beats most politicians, reporters, and talking heads!

He took Goldman Sachs to the cleaners and Goldman Sacks bought Cruz for a few campaign dollars. See the difference there? It must really caps your ass to see how good Trump is at winning.

Cruz's PAC's are worth about 45 million. GS has given what?... about 60K to Cruz. That's about 0.013% of Cruz's PAC's net worth.

Yet you think that Cruz is answering to GS.

It must really cap[sic] your a$$ when conservatives donate money to conservatives.

The Constitution does not require that the president be a human being. That being said there is the 35 year old requirement, so I doubt if your dogs would meet the threshold for qualifications. But then with a liberal court you might get a ruling that for dogs, the requirement is in doggie years.

Go ahead and enter them in the race. It would be nice to see some real dogs in this dog and pony show.

If you knew Cruz you’d know the man doesn’t get rattled easily rather simply stays focused and moves forward.......do you really think that street fighter Trump can dish out anything Cruz hasn’t ‘already’ met and faced down with the thugs and vipers in Washington? come on!... Trump hasn’t thrown anything out there Cruz wasn’t already aware of.....and just playing school yard bully isn’t going to affect Cruz.

Dave Brat ran and won on a shoestring budget when he beat Cantor.

You should study your beloved Trump objectively and realize his shiny objects and beads are from a con artist. I have. But that’s the difference between an informed inquisitive mind of a conservative and a gullible liberal.

He did report it. On one form late and the other form on time. The fact that is on one form and not the other pretty much negates trying to conceal it.

Nope. These loans have never been reported as campaign related items. Ever. Now Team Cruz is in CYA mode. It’s exactly these types of half truths and lies by omission that cost Cruz so many supporters during TPA.

I got your point. I know about the fighting. I still feel the ad is unacceptably vague and seemingly pointless. Just bad advertising. Think late-night sponsor-produced but by film majors.

Here is the link to Cruz article which shows he took his time to renounce his Canadian citizenship.

Can sitting senators be dual citizens of other countries? Not sure, maybe. Do not know.

I said: “So are Soros and Bill Gates” referring to billionaires that were very successful.

You said: “You do know these guys are funding Cruz too, right? They don’t need to run for office, they own everybody but Trump”.

Okay, provide any reference that Soros and Bill Gates have donated money to Cruz.

You made it up - a lie.

LOL, thanks. They could probably do a better job in any 3 of the branches of government than our current crop. I have another bonus:
I can pay them off in dog treats instead of lobbyist money. We could balance the budget!

Wrong

Trump asled a group of Iowans in person, meaning face to face, why they would not vote for him.

Big difference as in Trump did not go on live TV and bash Iowan Values for voting for Obama in the last election. Trump did not do that.

Iowa voted for Obama in the last election. You do not see Trump questioning their Iowian values for voting for Obama over Romney. Unlike Cruz who bashed a whole state.

Cruz withstood the assault from the Texas Republican establishment to defeat David Dewhurst for the senate seat. They threw everything they could make up at him and he just calmly ran his campaign. If he could weather it once he can do it again.

See if you can follow this:

It is a requirement of the FEC that all campaign monies be accounted for.

Therefore, when one borrows money as a personal loan and then lends it to his campaign, he MUST file that with the FEC.

The reason being that a candidate, hypothetically speaking, could borrow money, lend it to his campaign, and then someone else could pay it back or the bank could forgive it in return for political favors.

I am not saying Cruz is guilty of this but his excuse for not filing is questionable due to the fact that he is a lawyer and he signed the document.

...."Donnie looks like a flip-flopping opportunist, does the man have any core beliefs or does he just shift where the winds are blowing every couple of months?".....

Of course he has core beliefs...in, of, and by himself. I think this is how he envisions himself..

There is nothing to weather. Cruz does not have the numbers. Trump does.

Nothing personal, but more voters support Trump. It is not like they are anti Cruz, it is just that Trump has more citizens that are going to vote for him over Cruz.

There is no specific assault from Trump voters. It is not as if Trump voters will be swayed into voting for Cruz. Trump is not Dewhurst. Trump voters are voting for him for multiple reason. Nothing personal against Ted, but at a minimum you must realize the crowds Trump is drawing everywhere he goes and that is why all the networks try to show his venues live.

Again, nothing personal against Ted.

I’m not arguing that point. Never did.

Cruz made a mistake, that’s what I said.

But the facts are the loan hasn’t been “forgotten” and he’s either paid it off or nearly paid it off. There’s no indication of any impropriety with the loan itself. But an error was made.

Well we have elections, not polls to determine this sort of thing.

The election is all that matters. A lot can change between then and now.
