If he is a citizen, then when was he “naturalized”? Did he participate in a naturalization ceremony? Or is he simply a “naturalized citizen” from birth?

Congress can legalize anyone at birth. They could legalize Martians at birth. But they can’t change the definition of natural born citizen.

Just because "natural-born citizen" and "naturalized" look similar does not mean they are the same. There aren't!!!Buy a clue.
