Trump talking about “making deals” sounds a lot like the usual RINO talk about “reaching across the aisle.”
There's no equivalency at all.
To the GOPE/RINO leadership, "reaching across the aisle" means agreeing with the positions of the Socialist Democrats to "get along" and to "get things done" ... there's no "dealing" involved.
To a successful businessman, "making deals" means getting something out of negotiating with the other side ... even if it's not quite everything -- but certainly most -- of what you want. That is, it's not a complete capitualtion that we see from the duplicitous and, frankly, lazy GOPE/RINO leaders we have today. This is a profound difference between the terms.
I expected this: Trump is a RINO, next, Trump is a Nazi. Trump is a Liberal, Trump is a communists. etc... All to “nail Trump” If this works Ted Cruz will be the new Mittens, McCain, Dole—set up to give the White House to Obama’s 3rd Term.
The difference is that "reaching across the aisle" as practiced by our RINO representatives means "giving the Democrats whatever they want without a fight".
"Making a deal" means respecting your opponents' power, using leverage effectively on your constituents' behalf, not giving anything away without extracting a concession on their end, boiling the deal down to what few things you can agree on, then holding their feet to the fire to uphold their end of the bargain.
