No purple drank?
Is this a trick question? :-)
Drank it all last night during the debates,
every time a democrat gave something they didn’t
own away. Drunk in the first half.

Nothing at all. Just another day in my book.
I was going to write a response to today’s editorial in my local Gannett newsrag, which referred to the “content of character” speech by King. But since my last letter was published Christmas Eve and they limit submissions to one per month per writer (and have told me in the past “sorry, you were published 22 days ago, rules are rules), I have to wait another week.
The blacks who have content of character are generally the ones we like and/or respect (don’t have to like someone to respect him), but regrettable there are fewer than back in the day.
I just spent the last four hours cooking and cleaning. I finally sat down to eat my steak and mushroom sandwich and will be baconating a meatloaf my husband requested with all the fixings later.
Today is also Martin O'Malley's birthday.

I was thinking of cheating on my wife but I'm a widower so I can't. That leaves beating and screwing a prostitute as did MLK but the blonde ones are scarce in this area. Its hard to emulate and follow the example of MLK. OTOH, I can be honorable and follow the example of R.E. Lee.
I’m going out to dinner.

Looked at threads with Trump and Cruz supporters wasting all that energy arguing about who is right, clicked on this thread wrote this, now I’m done for the day.
Going to work in the garden this afternoon.
***************************************************
I’d have to shovel the snow off my garden first.
UGGGHHHH I’m so sorry! It almost never snows in South Texas. And when it does, I have been known to put wee pads by the door to avoid taking the dogs out. I do not do snow.
(LOL People strip the grocery store when we’re supposed to have snow here. They can’t drive in it, either.)
You are in the same state as Amarillo. Isn’t your weather about the same? :<)
They are claiming that up to 30,000 cattle died in eastern New Mexico and the Panhandle and South Plains in the recent storm.
I don’t know about the other 3 seasons, but in Winter, not at all. Texas is BIG. And we’ve got just about every topography & weather that you can imagine.
Amarillo is in the Panhandle & they can get some really heavy snows in the Winter. South Texas is usually fairly mild LOL though some of us cry like babies if it gets below 50, 45 degrees in the daytime. We don’t get snow or ice over very often at all.
