Yep. The fact is that Cruz was a Canadian citizen until he was 43 years old. That is not a matter of his birth situation, it was a choice. He chose to keep that citizenship until it became a public issue. If Cruz is as smart a lawyer as people say, he had to know about this issue. I have two sons who were born in Germany and were dual citizens until they were 18 and gave up their German citizenship. They did not wait until they were running for President to do it. There is nothing that I can think of which would convince me that somebody who was a citizen of another country as recently as Cruz was is qualified to be the President of the USA.
