You do realize that the term conservative has lost all meaning much the same as the word racist has? No one cares any more - we only care about getting this country back on track and building a wall or else we won’t hae a country - let alone liberties. Cruz will not build that wall - he’s all lawyer talk - and copying Trump’s points. Of course, Cruzbots will say that Trump stole Cruz’s points, so if that is the case in your way of thinking, then to say that Trump isn’t a conservative is to say that Cruz isn’t either.
