Do you know about the personal legal maximum contributions to candidates? It’s $5,000.per year per election. So Trump personally donated the maximum allowed by law to Cruz’s campaign.

The Clinton Foundation is not a candidate for federal office. Yes, it’s the family’s slush fund, but not governed by the FEC as the Cruz campaign (or any other) is.

So why would Donald Trump contribute $250,000 to the Clinton slush fund?

If he was not expecting favors back from the Clintons, then he must really love them.

Obviously he was expecting some kind of political favors. Unless, of course, he truly believed in what the Clinton Foundation was doing.

That, my FRiend, is corruption.
