the effects of legalizing pot a known gateway drug are starting to be felt.Nonsense - the charts show rising heroin use years before the first legal recreational pot became available for purchase in 2014. Not to mention that it's still only legal in 4 of the 50 states, whereas rising heroin use is a national trend.
