Did you even read the article? The only thing Cruz admires Obama for was his campaign tactics and his ability to push through his agenda. He does not admire the man nor his policies. Trump admires the man and his policies. BIG difference.
As an old Freeper I recall Trump getting hammered on this forum for the King interview. I wonder if the same bashers in 2009 are the Trumpsters in 2016?
An objective accounting on amnesty and our candidates would point out the following.
Trump was for a legalization amnesty with no deportations for the non criminals with a consideration for a citizenship amnesty maybe later but not now, and that was in July of 2015.
After that it was deportations and a touchback amnesty for the good ones.

Trump went to republican conventions as far back as 1988. Has he ever went to a democrat convention?

What was debunked? Cruz accused Obama of putting a poison pill into the Gang of Eight bill.
After his supposed poison pill amendments failed, he came out and still called for comprehensive immigration reform.
Last week or so, he told a “dreamer” that our immigration system was “broken”. That was probably a slip from previous, before the campaign uses and thinking.

On the second question, that cerebral musings are not their MO. The order of the day is invective, insult, insinuation and insipid repetition of the aforementioned.
