Inspector General: Clinton emails had intel from most secretive, classified programs
EXCLUSIVE: Hillary Clinton's emails on her unsecured, homebrew server contained intelligence from the U.S. government's most secretive and highly classified programs, according to an unclassified letter from a top inspector general to senior lawmakers.
Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified "several dozen" additional classified emails -- including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP).

There are more than 150 FBI SAs working the case. The Bureau does not normally assign more than a dozen agents to even the biggest cases, such as serial bank robbers, kidnappings.
About half are accountants, not the lawyer or former local LEO or military types many SAs are. That tells us they are sifting through details, records, etc, they already have, not trying to get those records.
Right now the focus is on much more than the emails. The emails got them into the Foundation records, and now they are working to assemble a timeline that shows favorable rulings, programs, etc. were given by her State Department in response to Foundation donations or $ direct to her.
Pretty soon, if not already, others will be trying to cut deals in exchange for their testimony.
The fact that they have NOT questioned her yet is important. That says they already know the facts, don’t need her help to get them, and are waiting until all ducks are in line before they approach her.
Obama will NOT bail Hillary out of this. They hate each other and she would never continue to “Obama Legacy.”
If Hillary is indicted, or worse, named an un-indicted co-conspirator, Biden can be in the race in 72 hours. All the Hillary people would simply come to him.
Biden missing state primary filing deadlines is not important, because, regardless of state laws to the contrary, state delegates to the national Dem convention can vote for any presidential candidate they want, even on the first ballot, and no one ever does anything about it.
re: Un-indicted being worse than being indicted before an upcoming election? If she is indicted, she has a chance to demand a quick trial and perhaps be acquitted. If she is named but not indicted, she never has a chance to clear her name.
Personally, I always thought that event was due to an intentional “leak” somewhere in the system (not related to Hillary) for 0bama to repay some debt to jihadists or along that line.

You may be right. Huma got in with Hillary as a plant. There is a muslim in the white house with a muslim telling him what to do so they needed a muslim in the SOS office. And Hillary was all to happy to let her in.

It is the smoking gun everyone in Washington seems to be ignoring....
This will not go away and frankly the damage is done.
Simply using reputable news sources that are unbiased the case is already made on the classified information. The fact that the case is now transitioning to an investigation involving pay to play or quid pro quo donations to the Clinton foundation is even more serious because that is a completely separate investigation from the mishandling of classified information.
There are now TWO separate federal investigations of Hillary Clinton. One involves felony stupidity with our nations secrets and one involves public corruption and bribery. Folks, forget politics - when you are investigated by the FBI and they assign over 100 agents to the case you are in really deep doo-doo. The FBI will have to recommend charges in this case based on unbiased factual descriptions that have come out. The question becomes - does Obama tarnish his legacy for a comrade he really does not like or does he wash his hands of it and put it in the courts?
The stench is simply too big and bad to cover for her on this. It’s not just Hillary either - her whole staff is in trouble because the email records will clearly show that they sanitized top secret emails on the state department server and emailed them to Hillary’s private server. That by itself is a felony count every time they did it.
On top of that, they now have access to Clinton foundation emails from the intelligence investigation. There are employees with the Clinton foundation that have to be sweating right now because they solicited donations for favorable rulings from Hillary’s department.
Two separate investigations by the FBI - think about that for a second.... and she is the presumptive nominee???? The only politics I can see on this is they let Hillary play it out and they nominate someone at the last minute using delegates who does not get all dirtied up in the general election because it’s somehow advantageous.
