His 2015 (not 1999, but consistent with 1999) comments are discussed in the article here:

Maybe if you insult me a few more times, Trump's comments will change.

If Trump is so brilliant, why was it not obvious that single payer was bad for America to him in 1999? It was to me. I bet it was to you. Since he mentioned it positively again in the 2015 interviews linked above but now says no, I guess it took him 16 years to figure that out.

So you are perfectly fine with someone who proposes one big government program after another and literally attacks conservatives on the campaign trail as long as they supposedly have "leadership skills and qualities" and say they "love America" even if they oppose everything it has stood for? I see. Interesting logic, there.

And you support someone who denigrates conservatives? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRQgAEqLUmQ&index=2&list=PLJcbhHQDR9da0H3-Qs-7WEEj6tam9vlh3

This is 2015 - on the campaign trail of his presidential campaign - not 1999:

Try again.

“I pay attention to what Trump says now, and I like it.” Really? so explain why you like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRQgAEqLUmQ&index=2&list=PLJcbhHQDR9da0H3-Qs-7WEEj6tam9vlh3 attacking conservatives and what they stand for on the campaign trail? You like that?

He said why he changed his mind on abortion, someone considered an abortion, decided against it and the kid turned out to be a “winner”. Makes me wonder what his true feeling on Trig Palin are.

Trump does not disappoint me with his lack of “Conservative Consistency.” Trump is right enough of the time. I LOVE the guy!

HealthCare needs an aggressive innovative solution. I TRUST DONAL D TRUMP to find the most efficient solution.

Interesting opinion, there.

Tell me, do “conservatives” vote for the Corker Bill, and If so, why should I support “conservatives”?

I can be from time to time :D

My fingers have a mind of their own. I’ve got to keep them in check, or they will take over.

But you got to admit that the top three are chaffing the GOPe hides.

Not Rubio. He is the GOPe's guy.

So, I need to explain this again for the third time.

First of all I am not a Rubio fan, however, Rubio was the TEA Party favorite and the GOPe backed his opponent and were pretty ugly about it.

The GOPe will never trust Rubio no matter how much he licks their boots because of his past TEA Party association. They are working to turn him and may succeed completely.

So, the GOPe is chaffed that the three top candidates are, for varying reasons, not their favorite.

We will agree to disagree. Rubio is now the guy the GOPe is putting its chips on now that Bush has gone down in flames. Rubio was part of the Gang of 8 supporting amnesty and tripling legal immigration over the next decade. Rubio is supporting TPA and all the other trade agreements. His foreign policy is the same as the neocons.

The Tea Party doesn't support Rubio. He is considered a traitor who used them to get in office. There is a reason that Rubio is not running for reelection to the Senate. He would lose in the primary.
