I still remember when NYC was trying to get people to stop fishing in the Hudson River, downstream from all those sewage plants and Indian Point nuke plant.
Usually guys that fish in that type of water don’t eat anything they catch,they know better.
Well, there were also a lot of factories that employed a lot of folks. That area is still depressed since Peter Seegar cleaned it up, lol.
