Nobody is more anti-establishment as Ted Cruz. He even went on the Senate floor and accused his own majority leader of being a liar! Which he clearly is. For Trump to use that as a negative (nobody likes Cruz in Washington) is defending the establishment. For Sarah Palin to endorse Trump is therefore pro establishment.
