Maybe, just maybe, all of this bickering over and investigation into Cruz’s citizenship will lead to evidence of Obama’s lack of it.

Sigh.
This issue is going to kill Cruz, and destroy his chance of being VP.

If Cruz is eligible to run for president, then how many other people around the world (who don’t even live here) are also eligible???
Think about that one for a moment.

I don’t think he is right.
But I am convinced some Liberal judge will decide he IS right if Cruz is elected.

(sigh)I supported Cruz when he ran for Senator. I believed he was a naturalized citizen since he had been born in Canada, and as he was relatively new to politics, I payed pretty close attention to everything he said. Yet his aspirations for Presidential office was never mentioned.
The day he announced he was running for President, I literally sat down and cried. I knew then his talk about being true to the Constitution was just a matter of convenience for him...and I haven't trusted a word out of his mouth since.

(Cruz or Lose. Trump is a progressive populist liberal.)

Cruz was a natural born Canadian citizen and a citizen of the United States until he renounced his Canadian Citizenship a year ago.
They keep saying....well he came here at age 4...so what. He could have come at age 43 and would have still held the same status until his renouncement.
To: VitacoreVision
The requirement for President was custom made for George Washington....the only candidate for President. Look to George’s status for a conclusion.

America is no longer a Republic with the rule of law, so this discussion is a waste of energy. The eligibility will be decided by the oligarchy if and when Cruz is nominated.

The consensus before the 2008 election campaign was that to be “natural born” you had to have two citizen parents and be born within the borders of the Republic. In order to get the birthers off Obma’s neck the Congress passed a resolution declaring both Obama and McCain to be eligible for election to the presidency.

Yes, Donald Trump is right about Cruz's presidential eligibility. Yes, we birther FReepers were right about Obama's eligibility. Obama was seated as POTUS using the don't-be-racist here-are-my-forged-documents nothing-to-see-move-along strategy. That worked for him because he is a black liberal. That strategy will not work for white conservative Cruz ... because face it folks, liberals are racist. Cruz instead needs to embrace the quandary instead of similarly trying to hide from it. Fess up that there is an issue, but promise that once seated as POTUS he will use the influence of the Executive Branch to see that he Judicial Branch gives this concern its day in court, even if future presidential candidates with birth circumstances similar to his are found ineligible and not permitted installment. That's all we birther's ever really wanted ... a date in the Supreme Court with a ruling to clarify original intent.
