I wonder what Sarah Palin thought about that given she has a Down’s syndrome child? In politics, we just discount that which counters what we already feel and embrace whatever validates it. Politics more and more is all about feelings and not about thinking or logic. It has all become a big reality show with people squawking out slogans like trained seals.
