First to note: Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio didnât show up to vote (theyâre too busy asking Americans for a promotion).
Second to note: Even though Senator Rand Paul is also running for president, he made time to show up and vote on the right side. (Nay)
Lastly note and ask yourselves why Joni Ernst, Kelly Ayotte, and Jeff Flake would vote yes for this radical judge while someone like McCain had the good sense to vote no.
The confirmed Minnesota judge is Wilhelmina Wright. Early in life the Obama nominee accused Ronald Reagan of "bigotry" in writing: (h/t The Free Beacon)

See...you’re one of those typical liberal turds that resort to name calling just because you can’t debate on the issue.
Please tell me then dumba55, would Cruz’s or Rubio’s vote changed the outcome?
Nice.
YOU are whats wrong with this place.
Did Cruz’s government shutdown accomplish anything? No not a damn thing.
The issue is show up and put yourself on record, regardless of the outcome. That is every senators job, including Cruz and Rubio.
Majority of those present and voting...
Earn your pay.
Show up and vote, regardless of the outcome.
You've missed where I have defended Cruz.
The point is the principle of being honest and responsible enough to do the job you are paid to do. To claim to be a principled, conservative then to dishonestly collect money for work not done seems not to bother some here.
58 to 36.........rofl.......so 6 more Nays would have done the trick?
“Did Cruzâs government shutdown accomplish anything?”
Good grief...nice way to change the topic.
Well in that vein, do you think Trump giving the Clintons $250k or McAuliffe campaign money did anything to damage our country since Trump’s money helped fund the liberal agenda?? Oh, let me guess, that was yesterday and this is today, but that only applies to Trump, right?
Cruz is already on the record so stopping the campaign, wasting money to fly back to D.C., only to make a symbolic, meaningless vote is silly.
I know, you’re a Cruz hater and Trump butt kisser so you have to find stupid things to hate over.
“You’ve missed where I have defended Cruz.”
Maybe so. I saw only one post in which you defended Cruz regarding the global warming attack. I commend you for that, but that is sadly the only post I’ve seen not criticizing Cruz.

And keep in mind, I don’t care if you dislike Cruz as long as you’re honest with your post. I think that is fair, but these kind of petty attacks are about as stupid as attacking Trump for his hair or his private jet. Neither issue makes a differences on policy and policy issues are all that we should focus on.
No, the people need them to be there to do their job, not decide which part of their job is *worth* doing.
Cruz and Coryn BOTH missed that vote, so Texas was basically a no-show for the voting.
Rubio misses ALOT of votes. But from what I’ve heard Cruz is pretty good about going to work. Dinging him for this is a pretty thin gruel.
Finally! Heck I’ve been there for years. I don’t trust any of them.....ever.
Mark Effing Kirk. Figures.
I’m voting for Duckworth.

You would think it would be plain as day.
