“Just who are the nationally known conservatives who are supporting Trump. I don’t think there are that many.”

And that’s going to help Cruz somehow? You don’t get it, “Conservatism” is equated in most voters minds with the GOPe, coupled with the abject failure of the GOPe to do much of anything to fix what’s wrong with our country. So go get your list, then ask the body politic if these people make a difference to them in how they are going to vote. At this point in time, you’re on a fools mission.

They support anybody but Cruz. They don’t support Trump. McCain endorsed Graham. McConnell has not endorsed anyone. Sen Burr said he would vote for Hillary rather than Cruz, He later retracted it. Given Cruz’s description of the Washington Cartel, I would not expect very much support or cooperation from his GOP Senate colleagues. He burnt those bridges a long time ago.

You may not find many or even any. The reason is that Trump is neither conservative or liberal. He is just an American that has ideas to return America to some sense of a Constitution that gave us the freedom we beg for to return. That is enough for me. Listen to his ideas and remember he is not a established person to any party. He is his own man and would welcome a chance to return the Republican party to what it should be. For the American people with freedom and law and order to protect us.

Trump for President.

"Mitch McConnell And John McCain supports Trump over Cruz."

Because they have studied his history of supporting liberal ideals and making deals. They will accept him talking bad about the establishment for now because they believe they can coerce him if he gets the office

On the other hand they despise Cruz for keeping his campaign promises and standing firm against selling out for the sake of the beltway inner circle.

Let's make a list of more or less formerly OK Freepers who have gotten deranged in their opposition to Cruz:

SeaHawkFan
Nick Carraway
EditorSurveyer

Dozens of others. It is getting tiresome. I'm a Cruz lover who thinks the better way out of the mess is Trump for this election cycle. The deranged ones can't see that Trump might possibly do what he says about the border, which is all that matters at this point in our republic's history.

I’d bet you my next paycheck he’s never read the constitution, recite anything in the bill of right beyond the first 2 amendments and furthermore succinctly convey what the constitution is and means.

I’m sure he could pay someone to tell him what it means. I’m sorry I’m bitter I just can’t support someone who his entire life has been a salesman and is selling the people a bill of goods for himself.

What does a public endorsement prove? We scoff when celebrities routinely support the liberal candidate. Are we supposed to swoon when “conservatives” support their chosen one?

There are no legitimate conservative leaders. We have had a quarter century of Pied Pipers calling themselves conservatives, leading the nation, its prosperity and its liberty towards oblivion.

Time for something new. These charlatans have overdrawn their account some time ago.

WHO GIVES A DAMN?????? I don't vote for a candidate because some self-appointed pundit tells me to do so!

Grow a pair of balls, do your research and vote for whomever you want. Seriously.
