Let me help you....It will improve your comprehension if you take note of the post to which a person is replying.

My post was neither an attack nor a condemnation. It was obviously pointing out an obvious logical fallacy in an argument. Your problem is you read too much into a simple post. It was not “left open”. I said exactly what I intended to say....I just didn’t say what you so desperately want to argue against.

I thought the Reagan administration accomplished a great deal including winning the Cold War and starting twenty years of prosperity.

Cruzaders have difficulty with the truth.

BTW - I am perfectly capable of saying EXACTLY what I mean....as I did.

My posts are not intended for those who choose to read volumes into a simple, very clear 13 words.

Your reply makes me wonder just how much you read into everything else you might read.

How could Trump be Hillary with every piece of dirt on him she has? The media has studiously avoided bringing it up. She could get over 65%.

What has he said? A few low energy statements to increase her find raising? He spends most his time ad energy bashing Republicans.

Trump is succeeding in splitting the base at this point. Which many of us warned about snd were lampooned for evening thinking it.

It would be nice to tweak the FR server, to add a choice "/Trumpets" or "/Cruzers" labels on the thread titles. This poster would at this point omit for further reading the "/Trumpets".

It's getting like the Article V threads - some positive news comes out on Art V amendments, and the same ol' JBS arguments come out, the same replies/explanations/rationale why Art V is needed, and then... lather, rinse, repeat.

What? Reagan has been out of office since ‘88. What are all these conservative things you speak of that we are supposed to be enjoying? My taxes are not lower, the borders are still out of control along with the entire Mideast, intrusive government is grows by the minute, were in debt beyond belief. How has all this conservatism benefited America in the past 30 years in regards to these big country killing issues? Or should I say 28 years?

I’ve seen so many attacks on Trump from Cruz supporters, that I’ve forgotten what Cruz stands for....

Actually, that would be kind of touching. Shows the Don has some grace and poise.

Sorry, I have nothing to make up about Cruz.

Vote Trump!

I quote you from an earlier post:

I have not seen conservative anything coming out of D.C. for 30+ years. Zip, nothing. It’s all insider bull sh*t from the blowfish in D.C.

Thirty plus years ago Reagan was president. I think the end of the Cold War was important. The Reagan tax cuts were important. They led to an economy that was strong until 2008.

If you’re not a Conservative, fine, but this is a Conservative site.

Trump would crush that butt-ugly troll that even Bill wouldn’t touch anymore in a general election. Trump could probably even win NEW YORK.

Hillary is hated even on the left. Heck, I bet the unlikable no people skills Cruz would even beat her, but by a far closer margin.

You obviously don’t give any credit to the Reagan administration for anything. I question your basic philosophy.

Why I support Trump: He’s not a politician. He’s not polished. And I am sick and tired of getting screwed by polished GOP politicians. Every single one of the other candidates, including Cruz (someone I WILL support, should he get the nod), is nothing more than a polished GOP pol who will serve the best interest of their donors, NOT the American people.

Trump has promised many things to many people across the political spectrum over the years.

His previous stances on abortion, immigration, gun control, and single-payer health care.. not to mention effusive praise for the Clintons and Obama, and generous contributions to liberal democrats, including corrupt Clinton bagman Terry McAuliffe, are all explained away as “playing the game of telling the right people in the right positions what they want to hear.” His supporters tell us he never really meant all that anyway.

Tell us.. without launching into an wild-eyed spate of name-calling and vitriol... how do you know Trump really, truly means it now, and YOU’RE not being similarly played this time around?
