I’ve long believed that unsecured emails betrayed the position of ambassador Stevens, allowing a well planned, coordinated attack on the locations.
It may not have been Hillary’s server that revealed the location and itinerary of the ambassador. Hillary’s secret, yet unsecured email account was discovered after emails exchanged between her formerly secret account and that of Sidney Blumenthal were discovered on an Eastern European hacker’s system. Many of those emails discussed Libya.

Who is “they”? The FBI doesn't indict; it investigates, then recommends whether the Justice Department should indict. The FBI has not finished its investigation, to which it has assigned more than 100 agents. If there's a case to be made against a fish as big as HRC, it must be an airtight case, so the FBI has good reason to move slowly and methodically. If the FBI ends up recommending HRC be indicted, Attorney General Loretta Lynch has three options: say that she's not persuaded the report on HRC compels she be indicted; indict HRC; or request that Obama appoint a Special Prosecutor. (Note: I am unsure whether the AG himself/herself appoints special prosecutors or requests that the President do so. Similarly, I am unsure whether a President is compelled to grant such a request.)
I understand why so many freepers are convinced that HRC will “skate”, but I think those freepers are off-base this time. While I don't think HRC will get what she “deserves”, which is prison, I do believe the good times are over for her and that she'll either never be President or will leave the office mid-term, in disgrace. The Clinton cult of personality is only so strong. Within a a couple of years, when the HRC email scandal will have come to a head, both Clintons will be in their 70s — no longer the “future” of the Democratic Party. Their supporters will focus their energies on keeping HRC out of prison, not on ensuring she becomes or remains President.
The Clintons do nothing for free. Everything is for sale at the right price.
As recipient of the email, she knew of the personal risk involved, as did the SENDER!
In view of the incredible risk, both the Beast and originator of the email expected huge monetary returns.

Scooter Libby was prosecuted for having a different recollection of events than Tim Russert and found gulity by a jury led by Tim Russert’s neighbor.. not for “outing” anyone.. but hillary actually outed agents and operations and she in line for president..
