I don’t know, there is a lot of error and a lot of deceit out there.

And absolutely no dialogue going on at the moment, because the “settled science” is, quickly as possible, being turned into “settled law”.

Except there is NEVER either “settled science” or “settled law”. Both are subject to reversals and challenges as new circumstances and anomalies for both keep turning all the time, and often inconveniently for the absolutists.

I’ve long argued that you don’t need government to fund good investments, the private sector will do that; you need government to fund bad investments.

Similar reasoning applies to science. You don’t need government to establish good science; you need government to establish junk science.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
