And what if the states CAN NOT afford to care for them, what about PRIVATE sector caring for them??? Private sector could take over the leases to the ranchers ect. I believe the people would be MUCH BETTER OFF not dealing with the FEDS at all!!!
That’s fine and, of course, up to the people of each state. The point is, caring for lands within a state is a STATES’ issue which of course means it is up to the people of each state, BUT NOT a federal government issue.
