“I wholeheartedly agree! In fact, I’d like to see a law wherein legislators and other public servants can be indicted and charged with violation of their oaths of office. There already exist laws that provide penalties for violation of civil rights under color of authority. How can we use those to turn the tables on these traitors?”

The law is clear, and we’re reaching the point where it would be appropriate to apply that law energetically. Those who interfere with our Second Amendment rights, with our First Amendment rights (including the right not to bake a cake, act as photographer, or otherwise participate in a fake wedding or any other ceremony/party that offends our religious values) and other God-given and constitutionally-protected rights should be held to account.

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States . . . shall be fined under this title or imprisoned . . . or may be sentenced to death.
